WELCOME TO THE 2025 SUMMER ADULT SOFTBALL REGISTRATION WITH SHERRILLS FORD OPTIMIST CLUB!
 

Important dates:

• Registration closes: June 5, 2025
• Team Draft date: June 6, 2025
• First practices: June 9, 2025
• Season begins: June 23, 2025
• Season Ends:  August 18, 2025
• Tournament:  week of August 18

All players must be 21 by 6/1/2025 or turn 21 during the season.

All teams are Co-ed. Our goal is to have at least a 2:1 male to female ratio on each team. In the event that is not possible, and females are in the minority of those registered, we will evenly balance females as best as practical across all teams. 

NOTE: Registrations MAY be cancelled if our registration goal numbers are not met.  You will be refunded if this occurs. 
 

Registration Fees include the following:

• jersey
• game officials
• field maintenance and striping materials

Registration Fees

• $100 per person
• Each Team is also responsible for obtaining a $500 (Gold) sponsorship.  See our sponsorship form for more details:    Sponsor Form
